INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 1 whole napa cabbage
- 1/2 red bell pepper
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper
- 1/2 green bell pepper
- 2 pieces of green onion (white part only)
- 1 green chili
Seasonings
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1.5 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 6 tbsp vinegar
- 0.5 tbsp salt
- A pinch of black pepper
- 1/2 cup water
PASSOS
Finely chop the bell peppers, green onion, and green chili. Adjust the chili quantity based on your spice preference.
Cut the napa cabbage into quarters, rinse under running water, and leave the root intact to maintain its shape.
Place the cabbage in a steamer with water and steam for 10 minutes starting from cold water.
Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, vinegar, salt, black pepper, and water in a bowl to prepare the sauce.
Add the chopped vegetables to the sauce and mix well.
Place the steamed cabbage on a serving plate and cut the root for better presentation.
Pour the sauce over the cabbage and serve immediately.
