Dough Ingredients
- 250g bread flour
- 🧂 2g salt
- 5g milk powder
- 🍬 60g sugar
- 🧈 38g butter
- 5g dry yeast
- 🥚 50g egg
- 🥛 45g milk
- 💧 40g water
Filling Ingredients
- 50g chives
- 🥚 2 boiled eggs
- 70g ham
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- Pinch of pepper
- Adequate mayonnaise
PASSOS
Combine all dough ingredients and knead until smooth and elastic, ensuring gluten is fully developed.
Place the dough in a bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and let it rise until it doubles or triples in size.
Prepare the filling by mixing chives, boiled eggs, ham, salt, pepper, and mayonnaise to taste.
Divide the dough into 60g portions and let them rest under plastic wrap for 15–20 minutes.
Flatten each dough portion to release air, then add the filling and seal tightly.
Place the filled dough on a baking tray and make three small cuts on each piece.
Brush the dough with egg wash (1 egg mixed with 1 tbsp water).
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 10–12 minutes until golden brown.
