INGREDIENTES
Seafood
- 200g clams, pre-purged
Vegetables
- 100g enoki mushrooms
- 100g shimeji mushrooms
- Chopped green onions, as needed
Condiments
- 1/2 tsp soy sauce
- 10g salted butter
Spices
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
Cooking Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Alcohol
- 1 tbsp sake
PASSOS
Trim the enoki and shimeji mushrooms, separating them into small clusters. Mince the garlic after removing its core.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over low heat, add garlic, and sauté until fragrant. Add enoki and shimeji mushrooms, stirring over medium heat until coated with oil.
Add clams and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes. Pour sake over the mixture, cover the pan, and steam until the clams open.
Add soy sauce and butter, stirring until well combined.
Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped green onions.
