INGREDIENTES
Seafood
- 🐚 100g clams (purged)
Vegetables
- 🥬 150g spring cabbage (1/6 head)
- 1/2 tbsp dried seaweed
Liquid
- 💧 400ml water
- 1 tbsp sake
Seasoning
- 1/3 tsp sesame oil
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- Pinch of pepper
PASSOS
Prepare the clams by purging them and washing thoroughly.
Chop the spring cabbage into bite-sized pieces.
In a pot, heat sesame oil over medium heat and add the clams.
Add water, sake, and spring cabbage to the pot. Bring to a boil.
Add dried seaweed, salt, soy sauce, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Serve hot and enjoy your clam and spring cabbage soup.
