- 🐚 200g clams (purged)
Vegetables
- 100g arugula
Spices
- 🧄 1/2 clove garlic, minced
- 1 chili, halved and deseeded
Liquids
- 2 tbsp white wine

- 🧂 Pinch of salt

- 1 tbsp olive oil
PASSOS
Trim the arugula roots and cut into bite-sized pieces. Mince the garlic and halve the chili, removing the seeds.
Heat olive oil, garlic, and chili in a frying pan over low heat until fragrant. Add clams and white wine, cover, and steam over medium heat until the clams open.
Uncover, add arugula and a pinch of salt, and mix briefly to cook through.
