- 🐚 300g clams (with shells)
Vegetables
- 2 bunches watercress
Bread
- 🥖 Sliced baguette as needed
Seasoning
- 🧂 Salt to taste
- Pinch of coarse black pepper
Broth
- 2 tbsp sake
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 🧈 1 tbsp salted butter
PASSOS
Clean the clams thoroughly and soak them in salted water for 30 minutes to remove sand.
In a pot, combine sake, water, soy sauce, and butter. Heat until the butter melts and the mixture simmers.
Add the clams to the pot and cook until they open, approximately 5–7 minutes.
Add the watercress and cook for an additional 2 minutes until wilted.
Serve the clams and watercress with sliced baguette on the side.
