- 🧂 4g baking powder
- 🎃 100g cooked pumpkin
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 🧂 1g salt
PASSOS
Prepare all the ingredients.
Mash the cooked pumpkin and set it aside.
In a bowl, mix coconut oil, sugar, and salt using a whisk.
Add eggs to the mixture and whisk well.
Sift in the cake flour and baking powder, then mix to form a batter.
Ensure all ingredients are evenly combined.
Fold in the mashed pumpkin.
Pour the batter into muffin molds and optionally top with cranberries or raisins.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 20 minutes.
