- 🍝 100g spaghetti
Seafood
- 🦑 50g sashimi-grade squid

- 🥑 1/2 avocado
- 🍅 4 cherry tomatoes
Condiments
- 🍋 1 tsp lemon juice
- 🧂 1 tbsp concentrated soy sauce (3x)
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
PASSOS
Cut the avocado into bite-sized pieces and drizzle with lemon juice. Halve the cherry tomatoes.
In a bowl, mix the condiments (soy sauce, salt, sesame oil). Add squid, avocado, and cherry tomatoes, then refrigerate.
Boil water in a pot, add salt, and cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Rinse under cold water and drain.
Add the spaghetti to the bowl with the squid mixture and toss to combine.
