INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 3 bell peppers
- 5 perilla leaves, chopped
Grains
- 🍚 1 cup cooked black rice
Dairy
- 🧀 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
Protein
- 🥚 4 eggs
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
- A pinch of black pepper
PASSOS
Prepare all the ingredients.
Cut off the tops of the bell peppers.
Scoop out the seeds and clean the inside of the bell peppers.
Dice the removed tops of the bell peppers and chop the perilla leaves.
Crack the eggs into a bowl, remove the chalaza, and mix with 1 tbsp of cooking wine.
Mix the cooked rice with the diced bell peppers, chopped perilla leaves, sesame oil, and a pinch of salt. Then, add the beaten eggs and mix again.
Stuff the prepared bell peppers with the egg and rice mixture.
Top each stuffed pepper with mozzarella cheese.
Place the stuffed peppers on a baking tray.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for 20–30 minutes.
