- 🌽 200g sweet corn
- 🧅 1/2 small onion, diced

- 2 tbsp pancake flour
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
PASSOS
Dice the onion into small cubes.
Beat the egg with a pinch of salt.
Combine the onion, tuna, and sweet corn in a bowl.
Add pancake flour to the mixture and stir lightly.
Heat cooking oil in a pan over medium heat and pour the mixture. Press gently to shape.
Cook until golden brown on both sides, then drizzle mayonnaise on top.
