INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 200g ground meat (beef and pork mix)
Vegetables
- 🥕 1 carrot (about 150g)
- 🍅 1 cherry tomato, halved

- 🥚 1 egg

- 1/3 cup breadcrumbs
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- Pepper to taste
- A small amount of mayonnaise
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Canned Goods
- 🌽 1 tsp canned whole corn
PASSOS
Mix ground meat, grated carrot, egg, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper in a bowl until well combined.
Shape the mixture into patties of equal size.
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat and cook the patties until browned on both sides and cooked through.
Top each patty with halved cherry tomatoes and canned corn.
