INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 🦀 140g crab meat
- 🍚 130g cooked rice
- 4.5g seaweed
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
PASSOS
Prepare 140g of crab meat and shred it along its natural fibers.
Mix oyster sauce, sesame oil, soy sauce, and sugar to create the seasoning sauce.
Pour the seasoning sauce over the shredded crab meat and mix well.
Prepare 130g of cooked rice and mix with 1/2 tbsp of sesame oil.
Place the seasoned crab meat on top of the rice.
Crumble 4.5g of seaweed and sprinkle it over the crab meat and rice.
Mix everything together in a large bowl and serve.
