INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 3 crab sticks
- 1 scallion
- 🧄 3 garlic cloves
- 3 tsp olive oil
- 0.5 tsp oyster sauce
- 1 pinch of pepper
- 1 drop sesame oil
- 1 pinch sesame seeds
- 50g ground pork
Egg Mixture
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 🥛 1 small cup milk
- 🧂 1 pinch roasted sea salt
- 1 drop sesame oil
Secret Sauce
- 2 tbsp onion chili pickle juice
PASSOS
Prepare the egg mixture by whisking eggs, milk, roasted sea salt, and sesame oil together in a bowl.
Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté chopped scallion and garlic until fragrant.
Add ground pork to the pan and stir-fry until fully cooked.
Add crab sticks, oyster sauce, and pepper to the pan, and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
Pour the egg mixture into the pan and gently stir until the eggs are cooked but still soft.
Drizzle sesame oil and sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.
Serve with a drizzle of onion chili pickle juice for a tangy kick.
