INGREDIENTES
Muffin Base
- 🧀 113g cream cheese
- 133g cake flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 🌰 To taste almond slices
- 🧈 63g butter
- 🧂 83g sugar
PASSOS
In a large bowl, combine cream cheese and butter. Whip on low speed for 1 minute until it reaches a mayonnaise-like consistency.
Add sugar and whip on medium speed for 2 minutes.
Add eggs and whip on low speed for 3 minutes.
Sift cake flour and baking powder into the mixture. Fold gently using a spatula, moving from bottom to top.
Line a muffin pan with parchment paper and fill each liner up to 70% with the batter. Use a piping bag or spoon if the batter is thick.
Sprinkle almond slices on top of the batter. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 20 minutes.
