INGREDIENTES

- 🥔 3 medium potatoes (300g)
- 🧀 54g cream cheese
- 2 tbsp salad oil
Dough
- 🧈 10g salted butter
- 🥛 50ml milk
- 5 tbsp potato starch
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
PASSOS
Cut potatoes into bite-sized pieces and soak in water. Drain and place in a microwave-safe container. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 6 minutes. Mash while hot, add butter, and mix. Add remaining dough ingredients and mix. Divide into 6 portions.
Cut cream cheese into halves.
Shape dough into rounds, flatten, and wrap around cream cheese. Form into neat shapes. Repeat for all 6 portions.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place mochi in the pan and cook for about 5 minutes, flipping to brown both sides.
