INGREDIENTES
Protein
- 🍗 150g chicken thigh
Vegetables
- 🥕 1/3 carrot, sliced
- 🥦 1/2 broccoli, chopped
- 3 napa cabbage leaves
Condiments
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- 80g white miso
- 40g cream cheese
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1/2 tbsp consomme
Liquids
- 🥛 300ml milk
- 💧 300ml water
Toppings
- Pizza cheese, as needed
- Black pepper, as needed
PASSOS
Slice the carrot into 5mm rounds, chop broccoli into bite-sized pieces, and cut napa cabbage and chicken thigh into manageable pieces.
In a bowl, mix white miso, cream cheese, salt, and consomme. Gradually add milk while stirring, then add water.
Heat salad oil in a pot over medium heat. Add chicken thigh and cook until both sides are browned.
Add carrot, broccoli, napa cabbage, and the prepared broth to the pot. Cover and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.
Once the ingredients are cooked through, add pizza cheese and sprinkle black pepper before serving.
