INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 1 dried pollack
- 🧈 2 tbsp butter
- 1/2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
PASSOS
Trim the head, tail, and fins of the dried pollack using scissors.
Remove the gills and outer skin of the pollack.
Moisten the pollack and carefully remove the bones while tearing the flesh.
Cut the pollack into bite-sized strips using scissors.
Mix softened butter with the prepared pollack strips.
Add sugar and mayonnaise to the pollack strips and mix thoroughly.
Cook in an air fryer at 180°C (356°F) for 5 minutes.
