INGREDIENTES

- 🐖 200g pork belly block
Vegetables
- 🧅 2 stalks green onion

- 🧀 80g shredded pizza cheese
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp miso
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
PASSOS
Slice the pork belly into 1cm thick pieces.
Mix the miso sauce ingredients (sugar, miso, garlic) in a storage bag, add the pork, massage well, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Cut the green onion into small slices after removing the roots.
Spread the shredded pizza cheese in a frying pan, arrange the pork pieces on top, and cook over low heat until the cheese becomes crispy.
Flip the pork and cook for another 5 minutes until fully cooked. Serve on a plate and garnish with sliced green onions.
