INGREDIENTES

- 200g crispy green chili
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp doenjang (fermented soybean paste)
- 1/2 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 🌰 1/2 tbsp roasted sesame seeds
- 🌰 1 tbsp chopped nuts (walnuts, almonds)
PASSOS
Wash the crispy green chilies thoroughly under running water.
Remove the stems of the chilies and slice them into bite-sized pieces.
Chop the nuts (e.g., walnuts, almonds) into small pieces.
In a bowl, mix 1 tbsp doenjang, 1/2 tbsp gochujang, 1/2 tbsp minced garlic, 1/3 tbsp soy sauce, 1/2 tbsp sesame oil, 1/2 tbsp roasted sesame seeds, and the chopped nuts to make the seasoning paste.
Add the sliced green chilies to the seasoning paste.
Toss everything together until the chilies are evenly coated with the seasoning paste.
