INGREDIENTES
Chicken
- 🍗 8 chicken tenderloins (400g)
Vegetables
- 🥔 2 potatoes (300g)
Flour
- 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
Liquid
- 💧 1 tbsp water
- Cooking oil as needed
Condiments
- 🍅 Ketchup as needed
- 🌭 Mustard as needed
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 🧄 1 tsp grated garlic
Sauce
- 1 mentaiko (50g)
- 🧈 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🍋 1 tsp lemon juice
PASSOS
Cut chicken tenderloins into halves lengthwise and place them in a bowl. Add all seasoning ingredients except flour and massage. Let marinate for 10 minutes.
Julienne the potatoes and place them in a separate bowl. Add 3 tbsp flour and 1 tbsp water, then mix to create the potato batter.
Coat the marinated chicken with flour, then dip into the potato batter.
Heat cooking oil in a pot to 170°C (340°F) and fry the chicken for 5–6 minutes, flipping occasionally until golden and crispy.
Mix mentaiko, mayonnaise, and lemon juice in a bowl to create the mentaiko mayo sauce.
Serve the fried chicken on a plate with mentaiko mayo sauce, ketchup, and mustard on the side.
