INGREDIENTES
Staple
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (360g)
Protein
- 🐟 180g sashimi-grade tuna
Vegetables
- 🥑 1/2 avocado
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper (75g)
- 1 bag baby leaf greens
Seasoning
- 🧄 2 cloves garlic
- 🍋 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Tuna Seasoning
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 🧂 Pinch of pepper
Sauce
- 🥢 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
PASSOS
Season the tuna with salt and pepper. Set aside.
Heat salad oil in a pan and sauté sliced garlic until golden and crispy. Remove and set aside.
Pan-fry the tuna in the same pan for 1-2 minutes per side until seared.
Mix soy sauce and mirin in a small bowl to create the sauce.
Arrange cooked rice, sliced avocado, yellow bell pepper, and baby leaf greens on a plate. Place the seared tuna on top.
Drizzle the sauce over the tuna and garnish with crispy garlic.
