INGREDIENTES

- 6-7 cucumber chili peppers
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp ssamjang (Korean chili paste)
- 1/2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp oligosaccharide syrup
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 🌰 1 tbsp sesame seeds
PASSOS
Wash the cucumber chili peppers thoroughly and remove excess water.
Cut the cleaned chili peppers into bite-sized pieces.
Mix 1 tbsp ssamjang, 1/2 tbsp chili powder, 1 tbsp sesame seeds, 1 tbsp oligosaccharide syrup, 1 tbsp sesame oil, and 1/2 tbsp minced garlic in a bowl.
Combine the chopped chili peppers with the mixed seasoning and toss well.
Serve the crunchy Korean chili paste salad immediately.
