INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 🥬 1/3 bag spinach
- 🧅 1/4 onion, thinly sliced
Meat
- 🥓 4 slices bacon
Cheese / Dairy
- 🧀 30g shredded pizza cheese
- 🥛 200cc heavy cream
Eggs
- 🥚 3 eggs
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- Pinch of nutmeg
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
PASSOS
Boil spinach in a pot of water, drain, and cut into 2cm pieces. Thinly slice the onion.
Cut bacon into 1cm strips.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan, cook bacon until slightly crispy, then add spinach and onion. Sauté until onion softens, then remove from heat.
In a bowl, mix heavy cream, eggs, salt, pepper, nutmeg, and shredded pizza cheese until well combined.
Place the sautéed mixture into a heatproof dish, flatten it, then pour the egg mixture over. Sprinkle additional pizza cheese on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20-25 minutes.
