INGREDIENTES
Protein
- 🍗 2 chicken tenders
Vegetables
- 🥒 1 cucumber
- 🥑 1/2 avocado
- 1/4 yellow bell pepper
- 🍅 5 cherry tomatoes
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
Dressing
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🥛 1 tbsp milk
- 🍋 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp mustard
- 2 tsp parsley
- A dash of pepper
PASSOS
Place chicken tenders on a microwave-safe plate, sprinkle with sake and salt, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Shred the chicken by hand.
Cut cucumber and yellow bell pepper into 1cm cubes.
Quarter the cherry tomatoes and dice the avocado into 1cm cubes. Finely chop parsley.
In a large bowl, mix the dressing ingredients: mayonnaise, milk, lemon juice, mustard, parsley, and pepper.
Add the prepared vegetables and chicken to the bowl with the dressing and gently mix. Serve on a plate.
