- 15g chirimen jako
- 🥒 1 cucumber (100g), sliced
- 2g dried wakame
Seasoning
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tsp soy sauce
PASSOS
Slice the cucumber and sprinkle with 1/3 tsp salt. Rub gently and let sit for 5 minutes. Rinse with water and squeeze out excess moisture. Rehydrate dried wakame in water, then squeeze out excess moisture.
Mix sugar, vinegar, and soy sauce in a bowl to prepare the dressing.
Combine cucumber, chirimen jako, and wakame in the bowl with the dressing. Mix well.
