INGREDIENTES
Noodles
- 150g somen noodles
Protein
- 4 slices ham
Vegetables
- 🥒 1 cucumber, julienned
- 🌽 3 tbsp canned corn
Seasonings
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1.5 tbsp concentrated mentsuyu
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp mustard
- Pinch of black pepper
PASSOS
Trim the ends of the cucumber and julienne it.
Cut the ham in half and julienne it.
Boil water in a pot, cook the somen noodles according to the package instructions, then drain. Rinse with cold water to remove excess starch and drain again.
In a bowl, mix all the seasonings (mayonnaise, mentsuyu, sesame oil, mustard, and black pepper). Add the somen noodles, ham, cucumber, and corn, then mix well.
