INGREDIENTES

- 3 cucumber peppers
- 1 small can of tuna

- A pinch of sesame seeds
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp soybean paste
- 2 tsp perilla oil
- 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp plum extract
- 1 tsp vinegar
PASSOS
Prepare rice, preferably brown rice, or use your preferred type.
Mix the seasoning ingredients in a bowl: soybean paste, perilla oil, minced garlic, plum extract, and vinegar.
Slice cucumber peppers into small pieces and mix them with the prepared seasoning.
Drain the tuna and prepare it for layering.
Layer the bowl with rice, seasoned cucumber peppers, and tuna.
Sprinkle seaweed flakes and sesame seeds on top to finish.
