- 🧈 1 tbsp butter
- 🧅 1 tbsp chopped onion
- 1 tsp parsley powder
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- Pinch of ground pepper
PASSOS
Place chopped onion, butter, and parsley powder in a large mug or latte cup. Microwave for 30–40 seconds until butter melts. Stop when butter is partially melted and let residual heat finish the process.
Add eggs, milk, Parmesan cheese, salt, and ground pepper to the cup.
Microwave the mixture for 2–3 minutes until the eggs puff up.
Remove from the microwave and serve immediately.
