INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 🍤 15 shrimp
- 🧅 1/2 onion, diced
- 🥕 1/3 carrot, diced
- 🧄 10 cloves garlic, sliced
- 1-2 green chilies, sliced
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 🧈 1 tsp butter
- 0.5 tbsp curry powder
- Pinch of pepper
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
Shrimp Marinade
- 1 tbsp rice wine
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
- Pinch of pepper
PASSOS
Mix shrimp with rice wine, a pinch of salt, and pepper to marinate.
Heat 1 tbsp of vegetable oil in a pan over low heat and sauté sliced garlic for 2-3 minutes.
Increase heat to medium and add diced onion and carrot. Stir-fry for 2 minutes.
Add marinated shrimp and stir-fry for another 2 minutes on medium heat.
Push ingredients to one side of the pan and melt 1 tsp of butter on the other side.
Mix melted butter with the ingredients, then add sliced green chilies and stir well. Turn off the heat and add curry powder.
Season with pepper and adjust salt to taste. Mix well and serve.
