INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 3 paprikas, sliced into 1cm thickness
- 🥒 1 cup finely chopped zucchini
Protein
- 🍶 150g tofu, water removed
- 🥚 2 eggs
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp curry powder
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
Oil
- Adequate amount of grape seed oil
PASSOS
Prepare curry powder, tofu, and eggs with HACCP certification.
Slice 3 paprikas into 1cm thick pieces.
Pat dry the tofu with kitchen towels and use half (150g).
Finely chop zucchini and measure 1 cup.
Mix zucchini, tofu, 2 eggs, 2 tbsp curry powder, and 1 tsp salt together.
Heat grape seed oil in a pan and place the flat side of paprika slices down first.
Flip the paprika slices once the bottom side is sufficiently cooked.
