INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 🥕 1/4 carrot
- 1/2 pack shimeji mushrooms
Protein
- 4 sausages
- 🥚 2 eggs
Staples
- 30g macaroni
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- 1 tsp consomme
- 300ml water
- 2 blocks curry roux
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Dairy
- 40g pizza cheese
PASSOS
Slice the onion into 1cm widths and cut the carrot into bite-sized pieces.
Trim the root of the shimeji mushrooms and separate them by hand. Cut the sausages in half.
Heat salad oil in a pot and sauté the onion and carrot over medium heat.
Add the shimeji mushrooms and sausages, and stir-fry for 1 minute.
Add consomme, water, and macaroni to the pot. Cook the macaroni according to the package instructions.
Turn off the heat and add curry roux and salt and pepper. Stir until dissolved, then heat again on medium until thickened.
Transfer the mixture to a serving dish. Crack an egg in the center, sprinkle pizza cheese on top, and bake in a toaster oven for 8 minutes until the cheese is golden brown.
