INGREDIENTES
Fish
- 🐟 3 fillets horse mackerel (210g)
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Sauce
- 🥪 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp curry powder
Frying
- Enough salad oil for frying
Coating
- 🌾 Enough all-purpose flour
- 🥚 1 beaten egg
- 🍞 Enough breadcrumbs
Side Dish
- 🥬 Shredded cabbage as needed
- 🍋 2 lemon wedges
PASSOS
Mix mayonnaise and curry powder in a bowl to make curry mayo sauce.
Place horse mackerel fillets skin-side down, pat dry with paper towels, and flatten lightly with a rolling pin. Season with salt and pepper, then spread curry mayo sauce evenly. Roll each fillet tightly and secure with a toothpick.
Coat each rolled fillet in flour, then beaten egg, and finally breadcrumbs.
Heat salad oil to 170°C in a pot, then fry the coated fillets for 3-4 minutes until golden brown. Remove toothpicks after cooling slightly.
Serve on a plate with shredded cabbage and lemon wedges.
