INGREDIENTES
Fish
- 🐟 4 opened sardines
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp curry powder
Coating
- 1 tbsp flour
- 🥚 1 egg
- 🧀 2 tsp grated cheese
- 🌿 2 tsp chopped parsley
Cooking Oil
- 1 tbsp olive oil
PASSOS
Sprinkle salt on the sardines and pat them dry.
In a bowl, beat the egg and mix in grated cheese and chopped parsley to prepare the coating.
Combine flour and curry powder in another bowl and coat the sardines evenly. Then dip them in the egg mixture.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Cook the sardines until golden brown on one side, then flip and cook for another 2–3 minutes until fully cooked.
