INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 🍚 2 cups warm rice
- 🧅 1/2 onion, chopped
- 🥓 2 slices bacon, chopped
- 🧀 3 sticks mozzarella cheese, cut
- 1/2 tbsp curry powder
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Decoration Ingredients
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 🟩 1 sheet seaweed
- 2 strands fried pasta
- 🌰 Some almond slices
- A pinch of parsley
- 🥕 A small amount of carrot
Seasoning
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
PASSOS
Beat the eggs and cook on low heat to make egg sheets. Cut mozzarella cheese sticks into thirds. Chop onion and bacon finely.
Heat a pan with oil and sauté the onion and bacon for 2 minutes.
In a bowl, mix warm rice, sautéed onion and bacon, curry powder, sesame oil, and season with salt.
Divide the rice mixture into portions, place mozzarella cheese inside, and shape into balls.
Decorate the rice balls using egg sheets, seaweed, carrots, and other decoration ingredients to create a bee-like appearance.
