INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 🍅 4-5 tomatoes
- 🧅 1/2 onion
Dressing
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 2-3 tsp plum syrup
- 1.5 tbsp olive oil
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
- A dash of pepper
PASSOS
Slice the onion thinly and soak in cold water for 5 minutes to remove the sharp taste. Pat dry with kitchen towels.
Cut the tomatoes into wedge shapes, dividing each into 6 pieces.
Mix the dressing ingredients together. Add the olive oil last to ensure proper emulsification.
Combine the onion, tomato, and dressing in a bowl and mix gently.
Top with basil, oregano, or parsley for garnish.
