INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 5 cm daikon, thinly sliced
- 🧅 5 cm green onion, minced
- 8 shiso leaves, minced
Meat
- 150 g ground pork
Seasonings
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp potato starch
PASSOS
Thinly slice the daikon and sprinkle with a pinch of salt. Let sit for 5 minutes, then pat dry.
Mince the shiso leaves and green onion.
In a bowl, mix ground pork, minced shiso, green onion, and all seasoning ingredients until sticky and well combined.
Dust the daikon slices with potato starch, place an equal portion of the pork mixture on each slice, and fold them over.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Arrange the folded daikon dumplings and cook until golden brown on one side.
Flip the dumplings, cover the pan with a lid, and cook on low heat until the pork is fully cooked.
