INGREDIENTES

- 1 bunch dalrae (Korean spring onion)
- 🍎 1/2 apple, sliced
Condiments
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp plum extract
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
PASSOS
Remove sponge-like parts and yellow leaves from the dalrae.
Soak dalrae in water with calcium powder for 5 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.
Drain the dalrae using a sieve and remove excess water.
Lightly tap the root part of the dalrae with a knife to enhance its spicy aroma.
Cut the dalrae into 4-5 cm pieces.
Wash the apple thoroughly and slice it thinly, keeping the skin on.
Remove the apple core and slice it into thin strips.
Mix the apple slices with 1 tbsp vinegar before combining with dalrae.
Prepare the seasoning: mix soy sauce, plum extract, chili powder, and sesame seeds.
Gently mix the seasoning with the dalrae and apple.
Optionally, add a small amount of sesame oil for extra flavor.
Serve immediately and enjoy the fresh, tangy salad.
