INGREDIENTES
Noodles
- 🍜 1 serving fresh Chinese noodles
Meat
- 50g ground pork
Vegetables
- 1/4 head bok choy
- To taste shredded white leek
Condiments
- 1 tsp doubanjiang
- 1 tsp tianmianjiang
- 1 tsp salad oil
- 1 tbsp chili oil
Soup Base
- 2 tbsp white sesame paste
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp chicken broth powder
- 🧄 A pinch grated garlic
- A pinch grated ginger
Liquid
- 💧 300ml hot water
PASSOS
Cut bok choy into quarters, blanch, cool in cold water, and drain.
Heat salad oil in a pan, add ground pork, doubanjiang, and tianmianjiang, and stir-fry until pork is cooked.
Boil water in a pot, cook Chinese noodles according to package instructions, and drain.
Mix soup base ingredients in a bowl, add hot water, and stir well.
Place cooked noodles in the soup, top with bok choy, pork mixture, shredded leek, and drizzle chili oil.
