PASSOS
Trim the root ends of the enoki mushrooms and separate them into small clusters by hand.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan to a depth of about 1cm and bring it to 180°C. Fry the enoki mushrooms for 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
Plate the fried enoki mushrooms and sprinkle with salt to taste.
