INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 🥔 3 potatoes
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 1 green chili
- 🧄 1 stalk green onion
Protein
- 200g spam
Seasonings
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp red pepper powder
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 0.5 tbsp doenjang
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
Liquid
- 💧 600ml water
PASSOS
Slice the potatoes and layer them at the bottom of a pot.
Slice the onion into similar-sized pieces and layer them on top of the potatoes.
Slice the green onion and add it on top of the onion layer.
Slice the green chili and layer it on top of the vegetables.
Mash the spam in a plastic bag and layer it on top of the vegetables.
Prepare the seasoning mix: combine sugar, red pepper powder, minced garlic, gochujang, doenjang, and soy sauce.
Pour water into the pot until the ingredients are submerged.
Cook on medium heat until the potatoes are soft and can be mashed with a spoon.
Serve over steamed rice and enjoy!
