INGREDIENTES
Main
- 🍗 1 piece (350g) chicken thigh
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 2 tsp salad oil
Breadcrumb Sauce
- 🧅 1/4 onion, minced
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
- 3 sprigs chopped parsley
- 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
PASSOS
Mince the onion and garlic.
Cut the chicken thigh in half and season both sides with salt and pepper.
Mix all breadcrumb sauce ingredients in a bowl to create the sauce.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan and place the chicken skin-side down. Cook on medium heat until browned, then flip and cover with a lid. Cook for 5 minutes until fully cooked.
Place the cooked chicken on a baking tray, spread the breadcrumb sauce evenly on top, and bake in a toaster oven for 5 minutes until golden brown.
