INGREDIENTES
Meat Mixture
- 200g ground meat
- 🧅 1/2 onion, minced
- 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 🥛 3 tbsp milk
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 🧀 30g pizza cheese
Tomato Sauce
- 🍅 2 tomatoes (260g), diced
- 🧅 1/2 onion, minced
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Cooking
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Finishing
- 🧀 2 slices melting cheese
- Chopped parsley, as needed
PASSOS
Mince the onion and divide into two portions for hamburg steak and tomato sauce. Microwave the portion for hamburg steak for 1 minute at 600W, then let cool. Dice the tomatoes and mince the garlic.
Mix all tomato sauce ingredients in a bowl.
Prepare the hamburg steak mixture by soaking breadcrumbs in milk. Add ground meat, onion, salt, and pepper, then knead until sticky. Divide into two portions, place pizza cheese in the center, and shape into patties.
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat and cook the patties until browned on both sides. Add tomato sauce and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer on low heat for 7–8 minutes.
Remove the patties and simmer the sauce over medium heat for 2 minutes to thicken. Return the patties to the pan, top with sliced cheese, cover, and heat until melted. Garnish with parsley before serving.
