INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 5-6 frozen dumplings
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 🧅 1/4 onion
- 🧅 1/2 green onion
- 1 chili pepper, sliced
- Seaweed flakes, for garnish
Seasonings
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1.5 tbsp fish sauce
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- A pinch of black pepper
PASSOS
Boil 500ml of water in a pot and add 5-6 frozen dumplings.
Add 1 tbsp soy sauce and 1.5 tbsp fish sauce to the pot.
Add minced garlic to the pot.
Season lightly with salt and optionally add a pinch of seasoning powder for extra flavor.
Add 1/4 chopped onion to the pot.
Add sliced green onion and chili pepper to the pot.
Pour in the beaten eggs gently without stirring.
Let the soup simmer until it starts bubbling, then sprinkle black pepper on top.
Serve the soup as is or garnish with seaweed flakes for added flavor.
