INGREDIENTES

- 1/4 piece ham
- 🧅 1/4 piece onion
- 🥕 1/4 piece carrot
- 🥒 1/4 piece zucchini
- 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 🥚 2 eggs
Seasoning
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
PASSOS
Dice the zucchini, carrot, onion, and ham into small pieces.
Lightly sauté the ham in a frying pan.
Add the diced zucchini, carrot, and onion to the pan and stir-fry. Then add minced garlic and a pinch of salt to season.
Add the cooked rice to the pan and mix well with the ingredients.
Shape the fried rice into small bite-sized balls.
Beat the eggs and season with a pinch of salt. Pour 2 spoonfuls of egg mixture into a frying pan and cook into a thin sheet.
Place the rice balls on the egg sheet and roll them up tightly.
