INGREDIENTES
Main
- 🍝 50g macaroni
- 🍆 2 eggplants, thinly sliced
- 🧀 40g shredded pizza cheese
- 🌿 A pinch of dried parsley
☆Meat Sauce
- 🍖 150g ground beef and pork mix
- 🧅 1/4 onion, finely chopped
- 🍅 200g canned diced tomatoes
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
- 🍅 2 tbsp ketchup
- 🥫 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
PASSOS
Thinly slice the eggplants and finely chop the onion.
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine all ☆Meat Sauce ingredients. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 5 minutes. Stir, add the eggplant slices, cover again, and microwave for another 2 minutes. Stir well.
Boil water in a pot and cook the macaroni according to the package instructions. Drain well.
Combine the cooked macaroni with the meat sauce mixture. Transfer to a heatproof dish, top with shredded pizza cheese, and bake in a toaster oven until golden brown. Sprinkle dried parsley on top before serving.
