INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 🍄 1 pack enoki mushrooms
- 200g grated nagaimo
- 🧅 Chopped green onions as needed
Meat
- 🥓 4 slices of bacon, thinly sliced
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
Starch
- 2 tbsp potato starch
Oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
PASSOS
Trim the root of the enoki mushrooms and cut them in half. Grate the nagaimo and thinly slice the bacon.
In a bowl, mix the enoki mushrooms, bacon, grated nagaimo, potato starch, and salt until well combined.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Pour the mixture into the pan and cook until golden brown on one side. Flip and cook the other side until done. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve.
