INGREDIENTES

- 🍄 200g enoki mushrooms
Meat
- 🌭 3 sausages, sliced

- 🧈 10g salted butter
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- Pinch of dried parsley
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp mayonnaise
PASSOS
Cut off the root of the enoki mushrooms, halve them, and separate into bite-sized pieces.
Slice the sausages diagonally into thin pieces.
Heat butter in a frying pan over medium heat, add sausages and enoki mushrooms, and stir-fry until softened.
Add soy sauce and mayonnaise, mix well, and season with salt and pepper. Serve on a plate and sprinkle with parsley.
