INGREDIENTES
Mushroom
- 🍄 200g enoki mushrooms
Coating
- 3 tbsp potato starch
Oil
- 3 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
PASSOS
Trim the root of the enoki mushrooms and separate them into small clusters.
Mix the seasoning ingredients (sake, sugar, soy sauce, ginger, garlic) in a tray, then coat the enoki mushrooms with the mixture and dust with potato starch.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add the coated enoki mushrooms, and pan-fry until golden brown, turning occasionally.
