- 🌿 Chopped parsley, as needed

- 🐟 40g dried shirasu
Spices
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp sliced chili
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt

- 150ml olive oil
PASSOS
Cut the eringi mushroom into bite-sized pieces. Mince the garlic and parsley.
In a small frying pan, add olive oil, minced garlic, and sliced chili. Heat over low heat until fragrant.
Add the eringi mushroom and dried shirasu to the pan. Cook over medium heat until the mushroom is tender. Stir in salt and parsley.
