INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 3 eringi mushrooms
- 🧅 1/4 onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
Protein
- 2 sausages, diagonally sliced
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1.5 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp consomme powder

- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 🧀 2 tsp grated cheese
PASSOS
Cut the eringi mushrooms in half and tear them into bite-sized pieces. Slice the sausages diagonally. Thinly slice the onion and bell pepper.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the sausages, eringi mushrooms, and onion. Stir-fry until the mushrooms soften, then add the bell pepper and stir briefly.
Add the seasoning ingredients (salt, pepper, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and consomme powder) and stir quickly. Serve on a plate and sprinkle grated cheese on top.
